Not your average copywriter...

I am a communicator, artist, and musician based in Encinitas, CA. At the center of everything I do is a love for creative expression—and an interest in the many different ways an idea can make someone feel something.

I studied English with a concentration in digital communications at UCLA, where I developed my foundation in language, storytelling, and media. Since then, my career has taken me through education, hospitality, marketing, visual art, and now, brand communications, which has become my favorite job so far. Today, I create marketing communications for Fox Point Farms, working across email, campaigns, product and experience storytelling, community programming with local businesses, events, and creative projects.

But writing and design are only moving parts to how I create.

I’m also a singer-songwriter and performing musician, dancer, illustrator, and someone who loves bringing creative ideas to life with other people. Performing has taught me how to connect with an audience. Art has taught me to think visually. Teaching taught me how to communicate clearly and adapt to the person in front of me. And working in marketing has brought those instincts together—pairing creativity with strategy, collaboration, and a clear purpose.

I’m happiest in environments where ideas are shared freely and creative disciplines overlap. I love working alongside designers, photographers, marketers, artists, athletes, and other creative thinkers, whether we’re shaping a larger campaign or debating the few words that make a headline work.

I’m constantly looking for ways to grow my creative practice, learn from the people around me, and bring a little more imagination to the work I make. For me, great copy isn’t separate from art, culture, music, design, or human connection. It’s another form of creative expression—and one I’m excited to keep exploring now that I have found my place in it.
